    Wet dream is a problem for rebooting, how to avoid wet dream anybody help me

    Sleep pointing to the ceiling.
    Avoid eating too much before bed.
    Avoid porn or sexual arousal before bed.
    Avoid proccesed foods and meats as much as you can.
    "Transmutate" your energy into some work or activity throughout the day

    As much as i know these are the things that worked for me when started

    Wet dreams happen because you let yourself get aroused to stuff during the day or the past days but refuse to ejaculate. Whenever you get aroused, your testis produces semen. Your body naturally gets the semen out in the form of wet dreams.

    If you want to avoid it, the best thing you can do is to not let yourself dwell on sexual stuff at all.

  4. Head stand 15 mins every day is extremely beneficial in this case...if you want to stop it.

  6. Karthick please do your research, if you took health ed or hygiene course, You suppose to know that wet dreams is a natural function of the human body. It is due to excess old sperm which the body flushes out to make for new strong healthy sperm so it can fertilize an egg. You can not stop them. That's like you trying to stop producing saliva somehow your mouth is going to get dry and you will need to produce it to lubricate the mouth. Again, natural function. Very little research suggest that eating spicy foods, sleeping on your stomach, drinking fluids before bed and watching porn can increase your likely hood of a wet dream however, when your body needs to take care of it self it will do it regardless of how much you avoided these things. I know due to experience, I have them all the time. Wet dreams do not relapse you or reboot. Its an unconscious release of a fluid that is essential and part of whom you are- a man. If you want to take other peoples suggestions on how to stop them go ahead but sooner or later you will realize that nature wins and you lose. Just note that your energy recovery is faster with a wet dream vs when you fap. If not, then no point in No Fapping right? Just embrace them and give thanks to mother nature that you produce semen, the life force, a precious fluid that creates life.

  8. That is real good, see them as your badge of honor for not fapping. As months and years go buy they become less frequent but will still happen. Also every guy out there produce different amounts of semen. Some ejaculate so much that can fill half a glass ( hyperspermia ) others the regular average of a teaspoon. The more your body produces according to your genetics the more frequent are your wet dreams also the more your semen will wet everything cause of the quantity. LOl, your lucky. I wish I had them that often.

  10. No it won't. Do your research. Alcohol, not eating healthy, not keeping your balls cool, putting lap top on top of your lap, std are things that affect sperm production. You are genetically program to produce sperm at a constant basis base on your unique persona.

  13. The only problem I have with them is it feeds my brain with dopamine afterward and my mind craves more in the waking hours. It becomes a lot more difficult. I understand I cannot prevent them and I don't consider them relapses.

    Strange thing is, it's like clockwork. Morning of day 8 is when they happen.
