End of day 5. Got laid so the chaser will be in full effect. Lots of stuff to do tomorrow,

Relapsed again. Just MO, but I hate the feeling after that. I haf been clean for 12 Days. And it feels like after that strike i lost motivation. I hate it.

9 April I will be through. 30 days Challenge is a big thing for me.
Fantasies grow strong, but willpower too.
If there is some temptation, I try to not fight with it, but avoid it. I hope at one point I will manage to diminish the urges.

Been having really powerful urges lately but am definitely gonna get through this

 

day 23 urges are strong. fill the day with focused activities and see the results.
