Cervical Spine/Neck Issues

Hi everyone,

I’m married but still fap to online porn frequently. Has anyone developed cervical spine or neck issues from years of fapping in bad posture? I fap on my iPad a lot (often 2x day) in the bathroom while sitting on the toilet, sitting on the edge of the tub and often lying in bed. I also fap to online porn late in the evening while lying on the couch. The reason I do it this way is that I conceal my fapping from my wife. I used to only fap sitting in a chair in front of desktop computer.

I’ve developed a pinch nerve radiating down my shoulder and wonder if it’s related. Any advice from the field?

This is yet another reason for me to stop fapping.

Yes I do exercise frequently but perhaps not with the best form always and I need to lose some weight as well. I sit at a desk for prolonged periods every day unfortunately.
