Does this constitute as a relapse/reset?

So basically I was just watching Shark Tank, a show with practically no sexual stimuli, but there was this female on that was wearing a low cut shirt that showed cleavage. When I was watching I could feel my eyes travel down and look. As soon as I felt myself getting triggered, I changed the channel. I didn’t fantasize or edge, but there were a few sexual thoughts that I fought off to the best of my ability. Does the fact that I looked deem a reset necessary?
