    depends on what dates usually are like for you. For me dates are usually a crap shoot anyways, no harm is meeting someone new and talking or seeing a movie or something. Its usually by the 3rd or 4th dates we come back to my place and fool around some. But thats reaching for the sky at this particular point in my journey, really just trying to work on myself first, hopefully by the time i get to a 3rd date, i'll be at my goal of 120 days.

    That is so helpful and so much appreciated. do people write about the triggers here or somewhere else? i realize it depends. last time it happened, pile of frustrating things happened and I was home alone. Maybe I should have made a point to go for a walk.

    Day 6. I'm working from home for the next eight days. Always the hardest. I want to look back on the next 8 days as a solid, productive week instead of a week of relapses. Starting here every morning and hopefully out the door for the gym by 2:30.

    almost at that 20 day mark. Feels so far away, actually I feel so far away, from everything i've gotten used to. This is the longest i've been on a streak, and this morning as i reflect, i just feel alone. Maybe its the PMO trying to make me feel that way so it can assume the role of my 'savior' but none the less, despite a moderate social life, work life and family life i feel lonely af. Felt like fapping hard last night, but i took a walk and starred at the stars. ramble ramble ramble... I guess thats why i post here....

    Day 13 - Should I have sex? I'm on the fence... 30 year addiction with pmo and I'm worried this will set me back.

    seems like it would help with the intention of the next date. wondering about the connection between a PMO goal and dating/communicating with people. Must be nice to be at a point where you can have long streaks. i'm still working on 3, 4 day streaks. less.

    I think I'm officially at one day now.Noticed i'm also last in the standings. Been rough now avoiding PMO. I should probably leave the house and go to the gym.

    looking at this again now and realize being home alone is a big trigger. i need to get out. will also try to check back in when i'm out and not at home PMO.

    I did and because it was with my SO I feel it was a positive step, seeing as we don't have much sex anymore. I was actually very horny as I had no PM for about 10 days.

    I was tempted yesterday, but I had a list of tasks whenever the cravings hit, and I left for the gym right on time. As soon as I was out the door, the cravings evaporated and the rest of the day was a breeze. Good social time with friends afterward and in bed as soon as I got home.
    Reading through Mark's Reboot Regimen this morning--section on sleep: "In my years of helping guys quit porn, I think that I've recommended to get more sleep more than almost anything else."

    Checking in again. Trying to make it to 2 days. Feels pathetic to be in last place and going for short streaks like 2 days. Obviously, have to build from here.

    today is rough, usually wake up at 7:30~ but got up around 9 today. Kept having recurring dreams about watching porn last night, even woke up to me stroking it a few times. Man today is not cool, feel like such a sloth and a pig. A man sloth pig.

    I feel like I need to find a coach-like person to go along with this NoFap... Stopping just not-enough to make any significant changes in my life. My goals and priorities are all screwed-up from years of bad habits, working from home, downward-spiral thinking, etc. But I'm not keen on spending a fortune to do this. Any suggestions out there? Much appreciated - -
