Today I'm enjoying a day of rest with friends and family.

 

Today I am doing more to recover

 

Today I am not going to hold myself up to unrealistic expectations

 

On day 21. Check in. I'm reaching 30 days challenge. I can't wait it. Be strong and yourself.

 

Today I am accepting whatever life throws at me and stay positive

 

Today I am accepting my life and people around. I am thankful for all people that I have in my life. Today I will try not to criticize anyone and anything, stop trying to change people, instead chosing to change myself (asking additionally God for help in this).

 

Today I'm too busy for porn.

 

Today I am as productive as I can be.

 

Today I will not watch porn nor masturbate.
I have been watching it over the weekend, but I restrained myself and did not binge.i feel that was a healthy step and it's now time to continue this trend

 

Today I will remain strong and unyielding and keep myself busy with meaningful and positive things.

 

Today I am feeling lonely. But that's okay! There is a time and place for all emotion, and I know I can handle it appropriately without turning to pornography.

 

Today I am focusing on being thankful to God.

 

How about using a journal where you're putting thoughts and emotions down on paper. Whether it's writing or drawing, and getting things off your chest. From personal experience, it always works a treat with me. Especially when you read them. Helps me reflect and get perspective on things.

 

Today I did much better. I hope to keep this now

 

Today I will abstain from masturbation and porn.

 

I have been having a good day so far...and not going to mess it up now with porn!!!

 

Today I will find something worthwhile to do to kill the spare time as opposed to give in to PM.

 

I started registering on February 18th, which means on 22 days now. In fact, I've met a lot of people who have been creating motivations for me. I'm so grateful to all of you. My life is so good now. I'll keep going to reach 30 challenges, and 60 challenges, 90 challenges. Have a awesome day all of you.

 

Today I spent most of the day being stuck in my head and angry at my life. I've nothing to really be angry at. I'm grateful I can see that now. I'm grateful for today even if it wasn't the way that I wanted. I'm grateful for being here instead of searching for p now which is where my head wants to be.
