Having problems with a narcissistic manager causes me to relapse

There are many ways to deal with stress in life. Some of them are healthy, others are unhealthy. Porn is an unhealthy way to deal with stress. Here are some healthy ones:

• Exercise
• Meditation (or prayer, if you're religious)
  
• Going out for a walk
• Practicing music or art
• Calling a friend or family member
• Writing in a journal

The next time you have a bad day with your manager, go home and do one of the things I listed above. Let us know how it goes!

Can't you get a job somewhere else? I know that job hopping can "look bad" in your résumé but fuck that, your health is more important.
