***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

For being alive
For realizing the adjustments I need to make to be successful today.
For keeping what's important on my mind.

 

I am grateful I have a bed to sleep on.
I am grateful I have cozy and snug blankets to wrap myself in, whether it's for sleep or just in general.
I am grateful for the video I watched. It showed me how good I have it compared to others out there in the world. If they can overcome their obstacles considering their setbacks, I know I can too.

 

im grateful that i have talked to someone,and now i know who they are
im thankful im able to workout with heavy weights
im thankful that have done my regular mornin routine

 

I'm thankful for my job.

I am grateful to have the use of my hands to type today.
I am grateful for my morning coffee (!).
I am grateful for the chance to be free and start a clean slate each day.

 

I'm grateful for my gf who supports me in so many ways that i'd be a fool if I didn't see it, respect it, honor it and love her for it.
I'm grateful for getting to the early am yoga class this morning. I'm grateful for the instructor and how she taught it. I'm grateful for everything about it.

I'm grateful for this peaceful moment of quiet reflection.

 

I am grateful for the safe flight.
I am grateful for helpful coworkers.
I am grateful for my teachers.

 

I am grateful my friends said yes to be a part of a surprise I was planning for another friend. I'm excited for this, especially since I love surprising people, in a good way, and happy that we will all be a part of it.
I am grateful for the laughter and fun my coworkers and I had at work today. It made the day really enjoyable.
I am grateful I am able to help out a friend. Hopefully my help and advice will be of assistance.

 

For getting more used to my new friend
For remembering my childhood, before a lot of crappy stuff happened to me
For being mindful of how much I'm overworking.

 

I'm grateful for my warm bed.
I am grateful for having the whole day for studying.
I am grateful for being healthy.

For talking to someone in my class and having less anxiety than I expected
For somewhat engaging in conversation
For being alive and breathing relatively fresh air (college campus)

 

I am grateful for the ongoing consistent posts on this thread. Reading them honestly makes my day and it helps fuel the fire.
I am grateful my friend told me about a book he recommends. I am interested in reading it.
I am grateful for hearing funny stories from a friend. Made me laugh so much, I was dying on the floor laughing.
