Please someone help! PIED and dead dick returned

Unfortunately you have to suffer and grow if you’ve done damage. Mate, I’m coming up to 17 months and still on and off with semi erections and no libido. Prior too that no libido for years and PIED and dick shrinks, how’d you think I feel? You have a great opportunity to get yourself on track. Stop worrying so much. MO puts me back in a fogged out state it’s best to be avoided till you are completely are recovered and even then best to cut it out for guys like us. Who knows it may be activating neural pathways in our brain that are mutually linked with pmo.

 

I was having morning woods and random erections untill a month or so ago. And now this, so it hasn’t always been this way. But having no libido is something very very new to me

I went 101 days hard mode, me and my wife were separated. I then moved back in and we started being sexual. I had no problem at all in the beginning getting and keeping a erection, but I was finishing pretty fast. But I have had some issues with libido and getting and keeping a erection over the last few weeks. Very discouraging.

The last month or so we are also in the process of buying a new house. I have been pretty stressed lately dealing with the bank and the realtor. But stress has never stopped my libido before. I actually always turned to PMO to help with stress and anxiety.

Before I moved back in I was getting morning wood like crazy and random erections and very horny.
Honestly it’s making me pretty depressed. I did not quit PMO because of the lack of my sexual drive, or ability to get erections, so this is all pretty new to me, and I’m scared.

 

Of course he hasn't, 10 months is nothing, in my opinion, if it's severe PIED. Those cases, such as mine, will take years or m=even may never recover. (or at least may never recover fully consistently).

When I say years, at least two years, possibly 4 years plus.

The tricky part is getting a partner who would accept what each stage of recovery entails: no orgasming in the beginning, a lot of foreplay, no excessive ejaculating in one night, etc, avoiding physical behavior that mimics the PMO habit (ie, you wanking yourself, or maybe even her avoiding doing that.)

 

I supposed it's hard to define permanent ED.

But the brain takes a lot of time to heal, more so than physical injuries. Not that I'm confident I will ever heal!

I had something similar once, I was on day 133 and then I just looked at a P sub once and it opened that PMO wound in my brain again.Don't ask why or how and don't focus on the days, all you need to know is that you're supposed to do NoFap and that everytime you're not doin' it (PMO, MO, edge, P/P sub, whatever) your life will suck.

 

I'm saying do NoFap/stay away from porn and mastubation for the rest of your life and all of your problems will be solved.Period.

 

Porn is the problem. Not masturbation. But yeah, he should still go abstinent for a while and eliminate porn and masturbation for a long time (like I am).
