Do Wet Dreams decrease NoFap-Benefits?

    For me, they do definetely. Im on my way to stop wet Dreams. They happen with lesser frequency. They mostly occur if i have stressful thoughts or when im in a vicious circle.
    Also stress increases when you have less sleep. Always get enough sleep, do not look at bright screens before you go to sleep, only dimmed if any ( activate night mode on your device). Because the blue light decreases your tiredness and your sleep quality will be lessened.
    Sleep on your right side, i dont know why, but it works. Religion already states it, i think there is also medical background. Less pressure or your prostate or something.
    Dont eat too much or nothing which sits heavily on your stomach, i think it will also increase pressure on prostate or bladder and increase chance of wet dream.
    Live healthy, toxins will stress your body and they also will stress your mind which leads us to point nr. 1!
    Instead of conceding to your addictions, work out or do some other stress relieving stuff.

    Make sure to get your work done during the day and get some activitys.
    I dont know, but i dont trust coffee or black tea, they say it make you awake but on a unnatural way if you ask me. Just get enough sleep so you dont need that stuff.

    Just enjoy life, there are so many more things i realized that its worth for then just orgasms. Orgasms became so unsatisfying for me, i stopped masturbating since like 6 - 7 class. I already noticed there that it drained my energy, decreased my eloquence and memory ability. I need much more time to think and build sentences. Decerase your motivation, decrease your performance in sport, decrease your overall performance in every aspect of life. Decrease your social skills. Still there are these wet dreams, and there was a long time where i got core gasms in sport, it took me a long time to manage to stop these and still get my core worked out, but i managed that too! So there are only these wet Dreams left to make them stop.
    I was still fantasizing sometimes (erotic thoughts), i need to probe the causes of why i am doing that and you have to guys! Erotic thoughts during the day also make wet dreams highly likely. For real, the longer i exposed my mind to erotic fantasies, the more i would get these wet dreams.
    There is still much to discover in this world guys, never stop learning. Never stop improving yourself. Im thankful for these movement, because it confirmed my suspicion that fapping is bad and i have people to talk about this topic.
    These are my 2 cents. Because i learned much from you guys too.
    And people state that wet dreams do not counts as relapse, but for me they dont differ much from relapses. They are not like 100% relapses, but still i feel this rebound from it, i may get groggy/brain fog for 3-5 days and then its okay again.
    And i dont even count my days, i think it will obsess your and do more harm than good, at least for me.

    The best I usually feel is 2-3 days after a WD. Your body is just releasing expired (for lack of a better term) semen. Don’t overthink it.

    It’s normal to have wet dreams. I don’t think it stops the benefits at all, I remember times where I would have a wet dream and feel like shit, but now when I have a wet dream, it doesn’t make me feel any how.

    But semen also can get reabsorbed i think. so if semen is really expired, it should breaked down and its ingredients should get recycled. And i guess there are different wet dreams, thats what someone said to me at least and what matches with my experience: There are nightfalls without any arousal dream, you arent conscious und still lose fluid. But its not harmful, its just prostata fluid to detoxificate or something. Because toxins get stored in prostata fluid.
    Then there are also these wet dreams with a erotic dream. They are controllable if you ask me. If im indulging to it i just get a full shot and it feels like a full relapse. But now im able to stop them before they happen or before i lose too much cum. The best thing is to dont get them at all by not fantasizing.
