Can you flatline immediately after fapping? I havent fapped for 10 months and had successful sex for the last 6 months but I seem to have hit a flatline right after masturbation last week?

Honestly dude I made a post asking the same thing....I started nofap 12 days ago and I haven't had an erection or urges since. Mind you I did this to break from my porn usage, I didn't have any signs of ED or any other physical problems beforehand that prompted this course.

So I believe you can lol.

Masturbation is bad as same as porn. even if used alone

that's why you've gone into flatline.

No, it's not. If that was true everyone would be in nofap right now because every kid does it without being shown how to do it. I started doing it around 11 or so and porn didn't come into the picture until I was 16. The issue is porn, it's always been porn because that is the only thing not natural about this picture.

I'm in a flatline because I chose to clean my lifestyle up and I fully committed myself both physically and mentally to my decision, and with my mind under control I'm in control of myself.

I'm guessing you flatlined after masturbating without porn? Or did I just confuse myself?

Nah I used porn, I decided it fitting to end this problem with the same girl who got me into it all :) I got into porn due to work conditions...I was working 70+ hours a week at work so it limited the problems associated with those kind of long hauls. It was easier to just look at porn then waste time and resources on women I couldn't really commit to. All I really have done in the past 15 years is eat, sleep, shower, and 10-15 minutes for a quick fap.

If fapping is OK, then why the moment you do it you feel like crap (without porn)?

True change is when abstaining from porn and masturbation together, other than that is nonsense.

I never felt like crap after firing a round off, even if I used porn. You might feel shame from using porn but the act of MO is a path every boy goes through and none of them feel like crap after. It's what drives you to go find a girl and prepare you for sex, it's only a problem because most kids anymore find porn and start down the PMO cycle, which causes fatigue/dopamine issues from over use, ergo feel like crap.

It's not the bodies fault that you (pmo users that is) were twisted by something unnatural (porn) and in essence caused a "failure to launch" by not going from MO to sex. To say MO is not good is shown to be false, because we naturally do it without being taught, where you screwed up is not taking the next step, which is why we are here.

MO might be bad for the porn user because of the situation we find ourselves in but to say MO is inherently bad is false.
