    Hello everyone,

I am a student and two of my life determining exam is on this year. So I want to focus on study and study only. One is just on April. So close!!!

Yet on this preparation leave of 3 months instead of studying I am doing binge on PMO. P for at least 1 hour and 2 MO.

I want o start the 90 days hard reset. But I have doubts.

    1. If I start it, I will have to struggle through a lot of urges as I am a beginner. Will this reset help me in study?
    2. Will there be panic attacks?
    3. Will the struggle hinder my study?
    4. If i start it, I am sure to relapse in a large number. Will it be worth it?
    5. Should I just stick to soft reset till the exam ends?
    6. Will I loose my focus?
    7. Will I become angry bird?

If only the 90 days winner help me!

I am in the same boat like you, but may be i was more addict than you.
I had three life determing exams, next week, on june, on September.
I stopped PMO since three weeks, i had nearly three terrible nights after 12 days, but the rest went perfect, i have more concentration in my studies, and believe me, you will find your time expanding, you will bear to stay more reading. I remember one day i stayed for 4 straight hours only left my desk to pee, and i was surprised, during my PMO time i may leave study at least hourly to watch some video or M.
Good luck with your exams, stay strong, stay away of PMO.

From my experience, the hardest is the first month but addiction intensity is declining throughout the month.

After 30 days, things will be easier and will notice that.

More focus, "everything is achievable mentality", less anxiety and depression, better sleep, appreciating small things, more energy "true, I noticed that although I didn't believe that at first"

These benefits will indeed lead you to pass your exams, but the most important benefit is that you can enjoy every single moment in your life. Each day.

Good luck with your recovery and remember: no pain no gain.
