Even though I relapsed earlier this month, prior to that I had just had sex and was enjoying 90 something day streak, so overall this is the best I've ever done on NoFap. Last night though I had a wet dream, it was the most incredible ejaculation and felt great but I can't help thinking this was relapse since I was thinking about sex before I went to sleep. Normally I would never consider wet dreams a relapse but I think my standards are getting higher.

If you have decided to never watch porn again it doesnt matter if you decide to categorise this as a relapse or not.

Wet dreams are natural, everyone has them. I think classifying one as a reset/relapse is silly. It makes more sense to consider a relapse a purposeful, conscious act resulting in that dark thrill we all know too well. Whether you fantasize, watch without finishing or whatever. You don't reset because you randomly encounter a sexy ad on the street, you reset when you notice it and you keep looking.

Ive had multiple wet dreams in the past 2 months, annoying but all part of the progress. No harm done though as its all about healing the brain :)

Don't be too hard on yourself! You're doing great to have made it to 90+ :)

You're right. I've been feeling irritated all day, proper edgy with people. I know it's because of this morning's events. But I will try to do as you suggest. Thank you

Ahh yes, i have had many days where i would be filled with rage and irritability. I often find that using your rage for exercise (i run a lot) can help at least a little.

    Good luck brother :)
