    i am going to do a post of my daily successes . I will keep on trying until i do it

    Day 1 , extreme depression due to anxiety as its hurting my social life .

    After 7 hours came the night , my friend called and we r going bar hoping

    Yesterday i went to a big party. There was lots of hot girls . Realized that real girls dont trigger me as much as electronic girls .

    Woke up , went to work . After work going to eat and then gym . And then ill have a some free time .

    Do u guys have any ideas about what to do ?

    Thanks. Thats because i have never masturbated on a thought of a girl i met in real life . Real girls do make me horny . However i cant masturbate when i see a hot girl . It makes me feel insecure . Either have sex with her or not.

    Try to form some habits which would keep you busy and make you feel good about yourself. Going to the gym, eating healthy are great. Socialise with your family or friends talk to them for a while, go out for a walk or something, Listen to music, watch a movie but don't sit idle as the urges always come at that moment of time. Take it one day at a time and you will be good.

    Thank you , I figured out the critical timing . From 8 pm to 12 am . Walking seems like a good idea . Or talking to someone

    Just got back home , its 2 pm , havent slept from yesterday . Urges arising as my brain is telling me if u fap ull have a good sleep

    Though if i fap ill wake up very tired and could not go to the gym

    I was very sick yesterday , i wanted to PMO to sleep better . But fuck it , it makes me wake up tired
