    Finally I relapsed again on the 5th day. Since a few months I havn´t been able to reach 7 days and haven´t logged in. Maybe this was the mistake

    Feel like an idiot because i relapsed today and did PMO.I am back to day 0.I will still dp this challange untill i succeed because for the last 4 days i felt human again.i want to feel that way and better for all my life.

    Day 2 of the seven day challenge over now. I forgot to post yesterday. I almost fapped yesterday and retreated at the brink of moment. Phew. I thought i could control the urges but they are tough but i am tougher!!
