Day 4/7 , for the last two nights I couldn't sleep because of a horrible tooth abcess ... The weirdest thing about porn addiction is that even when we're in terrible pain , we still wanna pmo .

Two weeks ago i've lost someone i respected and loved ... Pmo'ed right after I've heard the news . If this isn't creepy , I don't know what is .

I usually quit around day 7 or 8 ... I'll need to be super aware this tome to finnish this challenge and go beyon towards a pmo-free life

Hello. I'm in 7 days challenge. This is my day 0.

 

I have never been this disappointed of myself. Completely messed it up 3 days away to complete 21 days challenge. I know what I did wrong and hopefully that same mistake won't happen again.

As much as I want to stay positive, I want this PAIN of FAILURE to stick with me as a reminder.

0/7. its very sorry to make the same mistake over and over again.
i say,never start , reach and say good bay and pass the day you failed and never quit.its seems hard,but its not,only mindset...!!
i regretted.i realized it was not worth it before and started,and i regretted when i was doing it.and i regretted after released.
so in short words,its only regret.
YOUR Life Past Regret -relapse- Regret.so your basically living within regrets.

It would be wonderful if we have a NoFap app on Android for all this stuff will become super easy to access just like it feels comfortable in the sub reddit through the Reddit mobile app.

 

Day 2/7.

 

Day 1 of the seven day challenge over now.. Been busy all day and i've realised that my level of social anxiety has reduced significantly after i started out my nofap journey. Being with friends and family is best medicine to your addiction if you ever feel like fapping just talk with them.
