Wet Dream Prevention Methods?

    Is there any way one can prevent wet dreams?

    Because I know there is some people on long streaks that haven't had wet dreams.

    Is there any good methods?...

    I simply don't like wet dreams, it messes up my whole bed and I feel like pissed myself lmao. It also feels like I relapsed after I wake up, cuz I get confused for a bit.

    Just try not to think about sex or porn during the day, becouse dreams are often reflexions of our daily thoughts and actions. Its hard becouse body produces and releases more hormons when we sleep, so its not just your fault, its natural. Try to be as busy and productive during the day as you can, so you dont have the time to think about porn or sexy women. I hope i helped somehow :)

    * Don't stay awake late in the night
    * Don't stare at screens after 7 pm
    * Go to bed early and wake up early, don't sleep again after waking up in the morning
    * Use cold showers before bed
    * Don't have any sexual thoughts before sleep
    * Don't watch any explicit content or porn during daytime
    * Exercise
    * Avoid eating spicy/oily food during dinner.
    If you follow the above steps you will surely not get any wet dream and will feel better.

    Thank you, i didnt have wet dreams, two times i dreamed i was having sex, but i woke up immediately. But during sleep and in the morning i constantly have an errection, so that can be little tricky ...

    You can exercise to control your dreams. There will be a point, where you refuse to pmo even if your dream. Just try it out.
     
  8. I think it is quite individual trait. I have almost never wet dreams. Been always like that.
    It doesn't much matter whether watching porn, fantasizing, or going late sleep, anything.
    Sometimes i've even tested tricks does anything really triggers nocturnal emissions. Nope.

    Also i even almost never dream about having sex. Though then on day-time i can feel horny,
    and uncomfortable because of pressure in the reproductive organs.

    I'm now on day 88, no sexual dreams, having often Nocturnal Penile Tumescence.

    Once i total abstained for 6 months, then i had one. I suppose my body is good at
    keeping reasonable balance down there althought it still feels uncomfortable.

    The times i have had wet dreams having been mostly under circumstances:
    eaten well, been busy and felt exhausted, slept early, slept very deep.

    But i really wouldn't suggest go against especially good diet and good sleep, to avoid NE :D

    One occasion i remember happened after failing on edging. So don't edge at least.

    Unless you want to try to drop your testosterone levels, i don't think there's much tricks to avoid it, and
    i wouldn't try dropping testos levels, not worth of it :D

    Actually, i have had few times dreams of avoiding sex/release. Maybe there's something. If you really train your mind to avoid release, maybe it then comes also into dreams, like suggested in the message!

    But like i said, this has happened to me only very few occasions althought i have abstained many times, so i'm not sure is it really so effective. But it might really give little barricade to "protect" yourself after all :D
