PIED last night i had sex with a girl, but I failed again

    Hi guys,

    I've been with the challenge for 51 days now. I am 40 years old, I counted on the girls that I had sex in my life and they are 9. With only 1 of them I liked it, she was my girlfriend 3 years and at the beginning the sex cost us. All the rest were casual sex or for few time. With 6 of them I had ED problems and I could not ejaculate, probably induced by the pmo.

    Tonight I had sex with a girl and for the first time sex in 51 days and if I could have a semi-erect penis and it has been hard for me to get it, but I have not ejaculated. I felt that she feels a lot of atraction of me, maybe she notices the nofap energy. But it cost me a lot to get some erection, it was like a lot of psychological pressure. She told does 4 orgasms, we've been a long time. But I insist, not with fully erection or I felt problematic, and I cannot eyaculate.
    I like this last girl, but I dont know if I want see her more. This situation is shameful :(

    I'm a little sad, what is happening to me? will it really improve with nofap?

    I think hard more could do it! I never experienced PIED so much. My problem is in general that i cant come without using my hand. My brain only knows that i can come with my hand. Thats my challenge to solve!

    When i met my actual wife 10 years ago, I was on a 2 or 3 month streak without P. On our first night I failed completely, and couldn't even get a hardon. On the other attemps, I've got It hard but never ejaculated, so the intercourse was eternal and started to hurt her a bit.
    After trying 3 or 4 times I started to get confident and then we finally had good times, reaching the orgasm together. So, relax and take your time, and try tô estimulate her with other tools, if you know what I mean. A great warm up Will improve your connection. Regards!

    Hi! thank you for your support guys! I was three days ill with fever and depressed, just after this sex encounter (flatline?). Today I quited from my house and see some friends and i'm feeling better.
    Maybe you are right @davidbowie, next time I will concentrate more on the preliminaries :rolleyes: haha

    I've said this on another post, but a lot of the issues that men face are because of a mental block. I've already read a couple books over the past few weeks that are titled Sex Detox, and The Porn Myth. The reality is that because of porn there becomes this expectation on how things should be, but no one ever sees the reality of the industry. Both books are great, and I highly recommend them. Also there is a lot that goes into every sexual encounter. Past experiences, past relationships, current things in/out of relationship. I know from personal experience how bad the mental block can be. I've never had any issues before until this last relationship. Went to the doctor to find out I'm good, it's just a mental thing. I have a lot going on that would cause a lot of people to fall into deep depression, anxiety, etc. All I can say is just realize you are not alone. One thing I really enjoy about this website is that it's very helpful. Very encouraging.
