20 day challenge [join me]

Gents it's my final day tomorrow, and since day 9 it's been easy. It's almost like my brain has forgotten what porn is. I know it's temporary and I'll get urges but there's no way they're gonna be stronger than in the first week and a half. I'm ready for it now. Congrats to everyone who's made it this far too.

 

Alright guys ive successfully completed this challenge. No idea what happened, after 9 days of brutal urges they just vanished and haven't returned yet. This is looking like the breakthrough and I'm motivated. Everyone in this struggle PLEASE push through the urges no matter how brutal they are, it gets easier.

Alright the urges are back and it's safe to say I need to be on my top guard. Time to go through this all again... Twitter and instagram deleted

 

Guys a few tips I have for some people struggling to get out of the starting blocks:

Whenever you get urges, come on this site and read a horror or success story, whichever puts you off PMO more. It helped me a lot knowing that this will litterally ruin my life if I don't stop, I'll never have a partner in the future, never have a family, I will never experience those euphoric experiences I had when I was a kid ever again and I will always be less energetic and more depressed.

Secondly, think about how shit you feel after a relapse. Yes it's enticing but just remember how angry you are and how you're sick of it. This helped me as I didn't want to go back to those feelings.

Also, because people here have addictive tendencies, start working out (weight training) once you start to see positive changes (3-6 months in) you'll be hooked and then you will find it easy to go to the gym and build a good body.
