Hi,

I've just joined the NoFap community and started my reboot challenge.

I am a 30 year old guy, and I tell myself I have become addicted to porn and masturbation becuase of loneliness. It wasn't so rampant in the years I was in a relationship, but it might just be the clouded memory talking. Anyway, I have been meaning to get that demon off my back for a while, but haven't succeeded in abstaining for more than a week at a time so far. I've decided to go for a month long challenge here, as 90 days seem a little daunting for me. Also because when I relapse I feel like shit for days. Anyway, any suggestions, help or just solidarity are welcome.
