Deleted hundreds of porn bookmarks from iPad today. No. Longer keeping device on bedside table at night. Years of fapping several hours each night coming to an end. Feel like I’ve lost my best friend of many years. This is my third attempt after two previous reboot failures. No question that porn had an unhealthy grip on my life.

  5. Outstanding! Don’t look back. The road is tough and you’ll get knocked down a few times but get back up and keep going!

Glad you’re here. Lots of good support at this site.

Just relapsed this morning after 14 days. At least it was over quick rather than wasting half the day.

Besides deleting bookmarks and pictures, anything with a password I changed the password to long number from a store receipt and threw it away. Also did that to the yahoo email account.

Nice to meet someone close to my age here. I'll check on how we are doing as often as I can.

    hang in there

You are right to feel euphoric at taking these first steps however, utilise this site and it's members to put a strategy in place to help you cope.
Dig deep and be prepared for a struggle... albeit one that you can overcome.

Once, to be rid of an account I had, I typed out a bunch of garbled numbers and letters, then copied and pasted it to the "change password" page. I successfully changed my password, then copied something else to the clipboard so that in the future, to get to that website, I'd have had to go there and do the whole "forgot my password" thing all over.
