    NoFap is probably healing something but I’m not sure what. I developed depression after my first episode of pmo, but when I was little around 5 yrs old I was depressed anyway and wasn’t a good learner in Skool. It wasn’t till 17 I watched pmo and few months later ended up in hospital. I started nofap when I discovered the book your brain on porn by Gary Wilson. It truly was amazing read. I felt after reading someone said they had reversed their psychosis after 365 days that I could do it too.

    I have another problem though, it feels impossible to come off Antipsychotic medication as these can cause relapse and paranoia if not done very slowly. It also gives me a flat libido.
