27 days hard mode - flu symptoms?

Hello,

The last 27 days have been extremely exhausting ,anxiety-filled, and blue. At first I was having constant headaches, brain fog, unable to concentrate. I assumed that was withdrawal symptoms and toughed it out. Those symptoms began to fade, and I was feeling much better. Now I’m getting physically ill, I am having constant drainage (clear drainage) from my sinuses and my sinuses are completely plugged, I can’t breathe through my nose at all. I went to the doc today and they just said it was a severe cold. But from my experiences with colds, don’t you have a virus? Causing yellowish/greenish drainage?

I know this sounds silly lol and absurd, but could this be withdrawal symptom? I take singular for allergies but it’s not helping one bit. I don’t understand?

I’m aware this is NoFap.com and probably shouldn’t ask medical advice on here but I would like to hear other people’s thoughts. I read some of you starting getting sore throats?!
