    I recommend using the pluckeye extension to start your streak. It will block all images and videos from the internet for however you want.

    Littarly 7 times been relapsing the whole week for some reason.
    :( i need to get back in acction!asap.
    But when it is tomorrow im relapsing again....hooooow....

    Dude, you need to use the energy differently. Work out, jog, walk away from the place you get urges.
    Fantasizing leads to P, and P just makes us repeat the PMO cycle.
    Let your brain fix itself, and stay in control of your urges.

    My best suggestions:
    1. Never take your phone, tablet or laptop to bed or the bathroom.
    2. When you get an urge get up and do something like take a Cold Shower, do push-ups or jumping jacks, take a walk or go for a run.
    3. Find something to replace the PMO habit like a hobby or service to others.
    4. Be kind to yourself.
    5. Live one day at a time. Live today today. If you win today count it as a win. Count the total number of wins a month and celebrate that not the number of consecutive wins (I don’t like the counter)!

    There are many different ways and approaches to handle urges but the best ones are those who keep your brain and body busy and occupied with other kinds of stimuli that overtakes the urge.
    Pain and fatigue are quite intense stimuli that puts you in a kind of survival mode in which you can hardly think about anything else but that itself. Therefore I suggest following relievers for urges and although they are hard to practice at first, they will help you a lot in the beginning:

    -Do twenty pushups or jumping-jacks right then and there (no matter where you are).
    -Take at least a one minute ice-shower.
    -Go out for a fast walk or run.
    -Lift some weights, exercise and get physically active (I already mentioned it above I noticed).
    -Lay down on a spike-mat with high pressure.
    -Meditate by just taking deep breaths and focus on every single breath.
    -Build something (whether it might be advanced carpentry, a jigsaw-puzzle or Lego doesn't really matter)

    Yeah phone to bed bad idea i guess yeah ....
    Been watching some vids on YT and music but the urges came outta now were ....so u know what happened...
    I need to stop this guys this sucks.
    Social anxiety gettn worse bc of fappin no confidence in busy places.
    And TONIGHT i'm going out in the pub.
    Wich is fun an all.
    But i can defently feel that pmo is working against it if u know what i mean.
    Also acne gettn worse .
    Man it was ALMOST GONE i'm so weak.
    So torrmow no pmo F that!!
    And i can't really jog or something im a smoker aswell.
    I do go out more and socialize but as i said earlier it isnt always easy and yall probably expierence the same kinda right.
    Man the urges and fantazising.....pfffff

    Best advice I can give folks from my own experience is don't beat yourself up for masturbating (just don't masturbate to porn). Masturbation is perfectly healthy, IMO as long as it's not overdone. Start small - try to make yourself start getting used to going at least 48 hours without jerking off. Once you can do that comfortably, move to 72 hours, and so forth until you only need to do it like once or twice a week. And make sure you're not watching porn, and not walking around thinking about sex all day long (that will be the hardest part). When you find yourself start thinking about sex, crank some music and workout or something. Focus on tasks you need to do around your house, working on your car, etc. Getting things done will make you feel good, too.

    Man i was on almost a week streak. Eelapsed today but i get the hang of it i need to think and do something else .
    Almost spring so every minute outside wich is a huge problem solver

    porn and masterbation also ruined my life never did good in school or college, its been ages that i have been engaged in this deplorable act(15 years to be exact).i have had some good days but mostly its been bad due to relapses.
    most of the time i get urges during night time just before going to sleep which makes it worse due to it interfering with your sleep. i probably tried every strategy i can think of to stop masterbating also borrowed many strategies from people from the internet and yet, no results still failing.

    ok here's my personal tips
    if you ever do a workout before,you should have do a workout until you exhausted like your soul being stretched from your body!
    i don't know if you like working out but,sprinting on a treadmill at 8mph/km for a straight 8-10 minutes under 3 sets makes me tired as hell in the morning.you should have try it!
    and there's nothing wrong working out in the gym that is close to your house or working place.

    i really suggest you to Not spent many times in your room alone! its a devil trap for mastrubation and i have always failed because of this.but fortunate for me,i have spent less time in my room ever since i began my internship and i have socialize a lot than before.
    my suggestion,if you're currently on a career,enjoy your workspace and don't took it as a burden.Have a mindset that your work makes you proud of yourself.and think of how you would save your salaries and things that is useful and productive that you would buy.
    if you don't have a career well find a community or just hang around.try your best to keeps you being alone in your room which is dangerous if you're on nofap

    Hey mate . try meditation, clean your mind . contemplate porn, pornstars and be aware of every move and feeling . keen to abstract . ask questions . like why are you doing this ? and the answer shouldn't contain any emotional response . why do i masturbate ? . because i was excited by another human . my primitive brain got activated . some hormones were secreted. which led me to take the road of PMO ... add as many scientific details as you can . hope you get the idea . this worked very well for me and i can last now for months . guilt won't help . get rid of it . you're the only and only responsible for yourself .
