I know that feeling. When I was in college over 20 years ago, I was caught by a girl who thought I was in the bathroom shower, and picked the lock to "surprise me." But I was on the toilet masturbating ... SHE got the surprise! It can feel humiliating, but it's because we're worried about what others think. Truth is, everyone does it, and most people are no longer thinking about you; they're absorbed with their own life drama. It's in your head. For those who do continue to bring it up as a means of shaming you, they're immature and cruel (since they know they do it too), and you need to decide if you still want them in your life, and how much you want to put up with them. Your two choices are:
(1) Confront it head on: next time they bring it up, or use a nickname for you, you confront them. You tell them how ridiculous it is for them to keep bringing up someone's private business publicly. You don't appreciate it and you're asking them to stop. You will either no longer associate with them, or you're going to make their private sexual habits a public issue to be discussed and questioned as well. Make it as uncomfortable a conversation as it needs to be to make sure they GET IT.

(2) Just ignore them, knowing you are a healthy male who eats, breathes, drinks, pees, farts, sleeps and masturbates... like the REST OF HUMANITY. Sure, some things we'd prefer to be private, but shame is the WRONG emotion. Be embarrassed like... farting in a yoga class. Then move on in 5 months and get better friends. But either way, please please let go of the SHAME. Not necessary, and you don't need that hanging over your head, feeling regret every time you have an orgasm.

I am really grateful to each and every person who tried to help me with their words. Believe me those words are really helpful for me as I can use them for positive auto suggestions. I am sure I will soon overcome those negative emotions.

I too have been caught some years ago. Really awkward. But somehow I managed to think “what’s done is done, I know their are all wanking at home like little chimpanzees, screw it, I move on”.
