It's been 11 days since I fapped, and I have been having some prostate pain for a couple of days. Does anybody know why?

Part of the process. I’ve seen other guys complain about it. I wouldn’t be too worried if I were you; if your body needs to release you’ll have a nocturnal emission.

I have no idea but I'd see a doctor for peace of mind if I was you.

  8. See a doctor as soon as possible! We never risk our health, especially when it relates to the prostate!

  9. See a doctor of you're really worried but it is normal when you stop masturbating.

  10. Avenger, Maybe you want to consider taking it more easily? Isn't it too extreme to cut masturbation and orgasm, and especially so abruptly? Do not forget that masturbation is healthy IF IT TAKES PLACE AT A NORMAL LEVEL because ejaculation helps your prostate to clean up.

In any case, visit a physician, he knows better than you, me, or anyone else. :)

Please be careful to not spread misinformation. Masturbation is best not done at all and is not necessary at all for prostate health. Masturbation more than a few times a month is from my experience and research determinetal to one’s health and for hardcore addicts even at that frequency is too risky for a full-blown relapse. Most doctors would advise you to masturbate. When I talked to my doctor about my PMO addiction he claimed there were no negative side effects to even looking at porn and that he and many physicians he knew even watched it. I don’t hold much faith in what doctors know in this subject. And advising someone to masturbate in moderation is for many of us the same as telling an alcoholic they can drink only two days a week.

Don't you think that this is what wet dreams are good for? ;)

If I had gone to a doctor for every PMO withdrawal symptom I’ve ever gone through I would have been at my doctor every day. Doctors are good for treating many things, but when it comes to PMO addiction and all that’s associated with it they’re about as useful as tits on a bull.
