Is reading sexual encounters post will have the porn affect on mind?

Hello everyone

I completed my day 24. What I would like to ask - is reading sexual encounters post or other sex related stuff on internet sites like quora or somewhere else will have same bad affect on mind like of porn, during reboot? Obviously when I read such stuff I feel sexually aroused, so should I avoid such kind of stuff also?....though I read them somewhat like once or twice in a week for .5 to 1 hour hardly for fun.

 

@Samwhite & @littlekegger thank you so much guys for letting me know, as I am in need of a faster recovery, so I will completely avoid any kind of sexual stuff, only real sex with my wife. On some analysis, What I found is somehow my mind has asked me to replace porn with such stuff but now I understand that its tricking me to get what it wants, but it will not get anymore!!
