    So I am on my 3rd day now... I am so restless and jittery it's literally driving me crazy.
    Shaking like a drug addict.
    Also on my 4th day without coffee. I wonder what's what with these withdrawals.

    Yeah I figure it's withdrawal, sucks nonetheless.
    How are you doing 110 days? Did you go through brutal withdrawal?

    Yes and still going through it. Just finished reading your brain on porn. I have had all kinds of crazy symptoms but I also have stopped Diet Coke. Urges to M have been horrendous this week.

    It gets way more manageable after 30 days. Just hang in there. Relief is coming brother. One day at a time.

    I keep relapsing after 3 day streaks. I know the weird jittery overly excited feeling your talking about... mines accompanied by anxiety. Keep it up... I’ve had streaks before I found NoFap... and that gives me motivation because those were some of the most positive and uplifting times of my life... keep it up. Be strong. You got this!

    Yup anxiety comes nicely along with the jittery panic feeling as well.
    How far into it before you saw improvement in that area?
