I managed to control wet dreams!

    After having some solid streaks I encountered the problem of having wet dreams and its so fucking annoying. I even bought more underwear because of the fear of going out of it. It's one of the most annoying things about rebooting...
    And with rebooting and getting more conscious about my behaviors they came closer and closer after your last relapse. Last night I was close to having one and I'm Day 3 only.

    However with constantly telling my brain it shouldn't think about sex when sleeping and just putting so much emphasis to the negative effects of wet dreams... I somehow managed to control wet dreams after months of hard psychological work. I just tried to set myself mentally into the situations of a wet dream and then creating a "panic effect" in my head which when occurring in a dream should wake me up. Unexpectedly, it works.

    Last night I had a really weird dream which evolved into a sex plot somehow... and I felt some kind of deja vu, some kind of "something is wrong" even when I was sleeping where you normally don't think too much... but I implanted some kind of "alarm button" into my brain. And instead of unloading into my pants I woke up at 1 am with a giant boner. I got into the bathroom, refreshed my face with some cold water, felt a mix of confusion and pride about defeating a wet dream and went back to sleeping.

    This is the second time it worked. And I'm so glad it does, I didn't think it could for a long time. I just thought you couldn't do it because it's something that happens when you're unconscious. But altering your brain self-aware is such a powerful tool... when I see monks that train themselves to feel no pain then I think training your brain to not cause nocturnal emissions isn't even that much of cock magic.

    Just wanted to share this to you because I think that many suffer from this.

    Honestly, I can't give you a step by step tutorial. It's more of subconscious thing. When going to sleep while being horny but also tired, I always concentrate on not thinking about sexual topics. However, of course this is impossible but by trying to realize when the thoughts are coming and then just trying to let them pass as soon they're coming, you slowly start to find the connection to how the same thing happens while you're sleeping. Suddenly your trained "awareness" about sexual fantasizing somehow also is active during sleep. I think it's a similar way to how lucid dreams work.

    Dude I've read your 60 day post like yesterday... it was a huge motivation - one week more and you defeated 90 days, I'm rooting for people like you! That's incredible! Keep up!

    I can tell you it works if you can control your self mentaly it works i did it also one's but i'm not sure if it always works
