6th day and is killing

    i am 36 and have been in PMO for more then 20 years now..hard mode from past 11 years..before that not much porn but only hot video songs that come on television and actress in movies, dont remeber to have control for more then a week and that too years back. I started to control again from dec10 2018, today is the 6th day and its absolutely killing me. not sure if i will make it to day 100.

    I suggest start step by step. If you try to leave this habit straight away, it will be very difficult.
    Try to quit porn first for a week let's say then increase it to two weeks and so on. Same for mastrubation.
    Never thought you cant quit porn and mastrubation. You can.

    Try to focus on the reasons you are doing this... i.e. that you do not want to continue to be a slave to a filthy act that harms your body and brain.
    The cravings will ease in time

    So glad I found your post. I am of the same age (both age n PMO age) n hence can relate with you. I was so disgusted with myself that I suddenly left all porn on Dec 2. Somehow (n I still don’t know how) I am able to maintain my streak and have not indulged in PMO. Now this has resulted in increase in libido which is a good thing and I can tell you that during this period Yoga n meditation has helped me a lot. So say strong brother. Although this has resulted in another problem and its taking lot of mental effort to deal with. Now that I am off porn for more than 10 days I am finding YouTube as my biggest challenge. When I search for Yoga n fitness videos, there is this ocean of bikini n yoga plants wearing seductresses on YouTube which I am finding difficult to deal with.

    Stay strong and keep busy. Find a project or a hobby and get to it. Working out, cooking, computer games, anything to keep your mind off of p.

    Day 6 is a great day friend! Don't worry about what number day today is, just worry about TODAY. Make it through TODAY, make good decisions to stay away from stimuli TODAY and when possible set up some boundaries between yourself and them dark arts to give you protection for tomorrow.
    The goal with NoFap isn't to get somewhere magical on some big day down the line, it is to be in the healthiest place you can today, and every today after that. IMHO what "day" you're on should be something you only passively take notice of in hindsight, or as some context if you are feeling some crazy moods. Besides that I try not to know what day im on

    Definitely agree with yyz33 about the value of filters/blockers on any tech with internet access, and Uncomfortably Numb about taking time to reflect on why YOU personally want this to happen

    I can understanf you my bro. It is my 10th day and it is really hard today. So I went to the Gymnasium and Hard Training Session. Now I am feeling better. Maybe it will help you too. Don‘t give up

    Just take it one day at a time. Find things to fill your time. Make sure when you get in bed that you are tired. Try to avoid laying in bed for long periods of time before you go to sleep, and when you wake up. Either get to sleep or get out of bed.
