Deleting my account

We all on this forum also fail and relapse but that is what makes us stronger we learn from our mistakes and not let them happen again so we achieve even a longer streak's than before.

Keep strong and don't fall back it is like an empty cave without any exit you will be suffering for always and be depressed try to be a new you today and start again we believe in you and we will always have your back

 

I hear ya ive been through exactly what your going through and i remember letting myself just have at it as much as i wanted it and in the end it becomes a problem. I suggest to not delete your account and let yourself do it as much as you like until you realize how valuable nofap is through research and being with a community into nofap and personal experience. Idk what else to say other than i am going to be here as long as i can possibly be and so as alot of others its a journey that you and i and a bunch of us are in together i hope you the best.

 

In 2015 I tried Nofap and couldn't get past day 1. I tried again in 2016 and made it 96 days on one streak. Don't quit completely. Regroup and come back.

 

I find it funny because your name literally says "You Can Do It By Courage".
