Thanks man! I see you've made it to the 30 as well. Looking forward to your post! I'm feeling good, the urges have retreated significantly. I'm actually in hour 38 of a 40 hour fast. So I'm feeling a bit weak and dizzy, but surprisingly not so hungry. See you at the next level, brother!

Day 7/30. Lets keep it up Brothers & Sisters. Lets always constantly remind ourselves what Porn is. A fleeting pleasure that leads to unhappiness and destruction EVERYTIME. Nothing worth having comes easy. Keep the faith.

 

I will not STOP. I will win this challenge with the help of God. I believe in myself. I also believe in you. We all can defeat this challenge.
