    Hey!
    I’m doing nofap for almost 8 days, and I have the thing of watching other men fap to take the urge out. Did I loose my streak? I’m totally straight, I’m not gay and i don’t enjoy watching guys fapping, I just do it to actually help the urge and the streak.

    Only you can decide what counts as a streak, and what breaks it. But I would restart, and avoid doing this in the future. Lots of guys on here can tell you that stuff like that can get you very confused and messed up.

    I know it's rough, but I believe that in the long run any substitute image or video used to "take the urge out" (a.k.a. a "Psub") is only going to be a temporary relief, and will make things more difficult in the end.

    Hey! Well, I today just had my first wet dream!!! I’m super excited. I think I’ll keep going with my streak and just won’t do it again.
    Do u think this is ok? Or better to restart all over.

    Only you know the answer my man. I say watching other guys fap is a reset. 100% doesn't mean you throw away your progress. You should see a reset as a chance to learn more about your issues and triggers.

    Try again buddy. Watching other guys fap seems like an escalation in unhelpful patterns to me. You can't lie to yourself about your progress. Why are you watching it? Does it relieve you or comfort you in anyway? If so it is unhelpful.
