No and it doesn't affect the other things you mention. I had a frequent masturbation problem from 13 years old, but I am 6' 3"!

 

To be honest, I feel like it does stop growth, just to answer your question. But it's better to just be satisfied with your height I want to tell you.
I did it since I was uhm 11-12 years old and I didn't really grow since then. Only a little bit. My height did increase but I know and I feel that It didn't increase to the full extent. My weight however stayed the same from 15-16 years old to 18 years old..

So.. uhm like OVIOUSLY duh (in my opinion).. excessive masturbation will stop you from growing properly. I feel like everyone who says that it doesn't affect height say some unbelievable words. Right now I am stopping masturbation and I will grow if I stop for a long time.

I'm 5'8 too, but yeah some people are shorter and skinnier so we just have to be okay with however we are. Some people can be like 5'4 and feel very short.

So instead of just believing what you think should be true (for whatever reason), why don't you guys look what Science has to say about that topic. You can look at Wikipedia for example or you can read a book about biology.
