Day 6 healing and facing depression :(

Yesterday was crappy, to say the least. I felt so sad and lonely, depressed, maybe? I still auite sad, but not as bad. I think my twin bro is upset with me, and does not want to talk to me. It hurts, but I'll give him space.

I'm nearly at a whole week, thus, I am quite happy for that. Today's journal is short, but I am glad that I am doing this journey of restoration.
