Because many people see improvements only after a year or more.
Also the chinese point of view is not about 90 day or 6 months, but is about years of rebooting.

  6. I'm guessing you weren't a compulsive masturbator before.

  7. A deeper sense of respect and love for yourself, your set, and others.

Of course, I'm still working on my streak and it's different for everyone.

I can guarantee you i were. Porn has been my everything from when i was 13. It was my only source of love and satisfaction.

I can't really talk about gains, but the terrible withdrawals that i had are telling me that something was and is going on for sure.
I've been pmoing for 20+ year, i will probably need a year just to see some small result. 20 years in a porn coma are a lot of time, so i just have to keep going, the gains for me will maybe come later and very slowly.

  10. But I mean you must have more time, at least, that is something... don´t you feel free from something? don´t you feel more in control of your life or your thoughts? Just asking, not judging, I´m just wondering...

I have increased motivation to accomplish things without needing an external force (e.g. a deadline) to compel me to do them. I'm also regaining the ability to take pleasure from things other than PMO.

One less thing to hide from people.

    • The time I spent reading, practicing piano, and exercising that I would otherwise spend on PMO
    • A slight improvement on performance with my girlfriend.
    • The ability to get an erection with just my daydreams again.
    • A slight decrease in the despair I feel when something breaks my confidence
    • My apartment smells better
    • Realizing the habit I have of casually touching myself even when I'm not aroused, and breaking that habit.

I don't think so, for most of the 190 days i've been in withdrawal and depression, so i can't judge till now.

  15. Yep.

    And,

Just last night I was looking at my bottle of almost full baby oil and thinking about how long this one has lasted. I use it to moisturize my face now instead of my, well y’all know.

Not buying so much Vaseline and baby oil is a benefit.

    More strength basically .

Realized that if i managed to do the 90 day challenge then i am better than most people .

And basically i want the most benefit which is mental clarity
