Thanks for sharing. I suffer from PE as well. While recovery from this will be a great benefit to nofap, this shouldn't be the sole reason to continue nofap. I think you need to re-examine your heart behind this and decide if this is truly what you want. If your motivation is solely to last longer in bed and be able to please your woman more then I'm sorry, but you will never make 90 days.

Set your eyes on removing PMO from your life altogether regardless of the benefits that you may receive, and pray for a change in heart. If you relapse, be honest with yourself, reach out to members on this board, and keep fighting.

To answer your question, I have no idea if nofap will restore one's sexual longevity. I am also searching for answers, but that answer will not change my desire to stop PMO.

 

Not yet sure. However I do think PE is related. I know it can cause ED in young men when they try with the real thing. Skyfall1125 is right, you can be encouraged that your life without PMO will be better but you have to resolve to take the journey.

 

While I was doing PMO regularly, the not very often times I did have sex, I always went way too early too. Especially in my early stages of Nofap, I would be very sensitive and go extremely fast. But I haven’t been with a woman in any way in over three months so I have no idea if I have made any progress or not. But I’m hoping Nofap and especially no P, will help my PE

 

Guys, I have the exact opposite problem. I have delayed ejaculation. I think NoFap is a good thing. I would be very surprised if doing this would help you last longer. Less stimulation would make you go quicker. You want to last and last and last, get a doctor to prescribe you Anafaranil. It is an older drug that is used to treat OCD, primarily. It is sometimes used for PE, ironically.

 

That is definitely not the main reason why I’m wanting to stay off PMO forever. However it is one benefit I’m hoping I gain from it!

 

I don’t see any chance of me getting to be with a woman any time soon. But if it does happen, I’ll share how if it improved any.

 

Please expand on this. Lots of men ITT that would love to hear more from you on this topic. I am certainly one of them. What was your sex life before nofap? Did you suffer from PE? So you are saying that after a few months of nofap, men should expect to see some changes in that area? Wow, that is encouraging!

 

I've always found nofap to be a good cure for PE.. During a streak of 10+ days I am usually able to get up for round 2 within a couple minutes.. So even if I cum way too fast, I pretty much just pleasure her orally for 5 minutes and I'm ready to go again. I was never able to do that before nofap, it would take me an hour+ to get ready again.

So even if it doesnt 100% cure your PE.. It will make it much, much easier to get up for round 2 almost straight away
