I screwed up. I feel horrible, after 10 straight days. I messed up. I should've stop myself, but after a long day I gave into the temptation and indulged. I want to start again and do it this time.

I want to get rid of this fucking habit. 0/90 again. Lets get this done.

Day 9 done, getting into double figures is akin to becoming a super-hero. Just need to find a tiny spider to bite me..

 

Day 0/90....This too shall pass. I am not feeling discouragement because this time Iasted 29 days...that has been the longest I have accomplished. I am encouraged my brothers because the brain is healing...and I am better for it.
