I am grateful for my life partner, my family and friends
I am grateful that I have today to make the best day ever
I am grateful that I have an amazing house to call home

 

I am grateful for the money I have.

I am grateful for the food I have access to.

I am grateful for my functioning brain.

 

1. I am grateful for my parents and the support they have given me.

2. I am grateful for the education that I have achieved which has allowed me to progress throughout life.

3. I am grateful to live in the UK

 

Grateful for:

¤ how much I have evolved over the past couple of years.
¤ for my amazing, loving partner and everything I am learning from this relation.
¤ life is amazing in general.
¤ being alive and in good health.

 

I know of the gratitude thing, but have rarely tried it. So, here I go.

I am grateful for my amazing niece. She has given me a reason to stay alive when I was feeling at my lowest.

I am grateful for my mum, for all the effort and sacrifices she made when I was growing up. I love you mum.

I am grateful for being alive. Life is truly amazing!

Day 2.

I am grateful for finding this forum. It has given me a place to go to when I would otherwise be going to other places that I want to avoid.

I am grateful for my apartment. I was very lucky to find it, and have a super chilled out landlord. Plus I am lucky to have a roof over my head.

I am grateful for the fact that when I arrived at my usual sandwich shop today, for lunch, the girl who works there that is always nice to me was about to take her break. So I joined her and had a really nice conversation and we both got to know each other a little better
