Day 8 of 90. Sorry for not posting for a while. I've been sick the past week but I am up and I feel stronger than ever. I believe I can change myself now that I have found my weaknesses. 82 days

38 days in, almost halfway. I'm nervous because I have literally no sensation in my dick, no desire to masterbate, no libido whatsoever. I think this would have been the case with or without pmo since I've had ED problems for years. I took ecstasy last night and I know that reduces sexual function so I'm feeling regret. Deciding to cut out all drugs and greatly reduce alcohol consumption. A healthy lifestyle should go hand in hand with this challenge. Sticking to the mindset that things get worse before they get better, and I'm moving forward
