About time to get my shit together

Hello fapstronauts .
I've been dealing with porn and masturbating problems since I was 14. After reading some of side effects of masturbation on this website I feel like it might've costed me my twenties and a couple of relationships. I mean I've been suffering from low self esteem, depression, lack of motivation and... . luckily in the past couple of years I've building a few good habits and I have a job that I am passionate about. So i think with your support i will never watch porn again.
