hi all

i have used porn for most of my life since about 9 years old.

as a teen i used porn every day and sometimes many times every day with photos and videos

i am in my twenties and use porn less now maybe 1 time every week but use prostitutes instead. for two years i have seen one prostitute nearly every week and spend many hours looking for them on internet every week

i want to stop this as it feels like addiction or uncontrollable habit

i dont talk to anyone about this in life and hope you can welcome me and let me share my journeys here. thanks
