    I have realised when I started this process every night I went to bed I would religiously masturbate in bed without porn to get to sleep. When I started no pmo I would struggle to get to sleep thinking about masturbating. It was a Bitch. And I've just realised although other triggers are still relevant for me iv'e broken this one.

    So Please anserw this question.

    What nightmare triggers have you broken?

    I thought I broke my masturbation morning/night routine but I'm pretty sure it was because I was having sex. Now that I am off sex the urges to masturbate at least once a day have come back.

    The trigger that I have successfully smashed to pieces is going on tumblr and looking at naked women at night.

    Well done on the smashing the tumblr urge. I remember reading on some of your blogs a while ago you were fighting those. I can actually agree with you a bit on the sex before sleep thing. During the first month when I joined nofap i got to a stage where i was having sex to replace wanking before sex. But the wife is more of a morning sex kind of girl so i really dug deep not to pressurise her and touch wood ( the metaphorical type not my hard on ha)i am fairly sure iv'e broken the before sleep urges
