    The only tip that actually works is give it time. Don't focus on how hard can you get and whether you will bust in a few minutes or an hour, etc.
    All of that could give you anxiety and will lead to ED.
    Just relax, be confident, and go with the flow. Really. You will be cured in time, just don't watch P again, don't overthink, and don't stress about your erections.

  3. What kind of percentage would you put to describe how much better you can concentrate or organise now? And how much longer can you concentrate? Sounds Great!

    My concentration is definitely much better than before. I still get a little fatigue from time to time, but there are other factors that come in play as well. Such as work for long hours, staying up late, etc.
    I usually get self motivated now and just feel the push to be up and ready about 99% of the time so I get up early, organize my room, do chores, etc.

    I agree with all you said and this is a great post. I only have one small point and that is to not train every day!
    Over training is real and in my opinion you should have at least one day of rest to not overtrain/stress your body.
    & fill it with meditation/self reflection/reading etc. Exercise isn't close to as effective/healthy as it can be if you do not:
    have proper nutrition, sleep properly, rest properly! (Still better than doing nothing though!)

    And to add: Healthy fats for your brain and a diet that contains plenty!

    Sometimes it's really hard for me since I'm disabled and sit on my computer all day long. Congrats to you though and hopefully you may never relapse.

    I totally agree. In the beginning I was training every day because I barely had a routine and I was always hyped to workout. Now I have a more proper schedule and rest for 2-3 days a week depending on the intensity of my training.
    Healthy fats are really helpful indeed. I try to add them to my meals regularly.

    I found there are a lot of seated exercises or those that require only a resistance band. Try some and see which ones you like and feel comfortable doing the most!

    This is really great advice, thank you! I only just discovered this a few days ago and I am now on day 3. I always wondered why I had problems getting an erection and could only get one with watching porn, and when I was with a girl I couldn't and I would feel absolutely terrible about myself. So im going to try it as long as possible even for 90 days, the thought of watching it after now knowing what damage its done makes me sick. So when do you know when a good time is to masturbate without porn? Or do I avoid it all together? Im new to this so any advice would be great. Thank you!

    I would avoid masturbating for at least now because you want to heal your brain by rebooting. Depending on how long you've been "addicted" you might need quite a lot longer than the specified 90 days though.
    Personally I wouldn't masturbate for at least the 90 days, still have sex & then see how you feel after ~90 days!

    Like @rgm said, I would avoid masturbating at all for at least 90-100 days.
    I'm only just masturbating again and I started after about 100 days.

    Also, I only masturbate when I'm really horny or when I haven't had sex in a while and know I'm going to later that day lmao.
    Other than that, I would stay away for sure until then.

    I used to get semi hard way back when I first started PMO, but it got worse as it continued.
    Now I can kinda get hard immediately with girls (I said kinda because it’s gonna take a while till you’re 100% cured)

    Keep yourself busy, try to spend your time with people/friends/family etc. workout, and take cold showers everyday.
    You’re really gonna have to be strong and not give in to those urges if you wanna heal perfectly
