Body modification to treat PMO?

I've researched this for years, for as long as I've been interested, all because of my PMO addiction, and I'm not sure where to post this, but there is one cultural community (or more), that practices "body mod extreme" (not-a-member) and there are these things discussed there, without any detail:

1. gender reassignment (for example)
   
2. castration (eunuch)
   
3. nullification (nullo)

I've seen a Youtube video of #2 and it was clean and professional. The comments however, were morally out-raged (obviously). The guy willingly wanted the surgery.

I don't have the money, nor the California-esque, x-treme cosmetic surgeon near,
but I'd still like to do it, because I'm so sick of being compulsively manipulated by my bottom brain.

Stories are both scary and/or positive.

I guess I will never know, until I can get the resources do it.

At my age, I won't even need to freeze my wrinkled sperm, because all available women my age, already have kids, and do not need another one.

PS. Please, do not neuter yourself! I'm the only one with the proverbial balls to remove my balls, and with good reason.
AND/AND Self-eunos are horror stories! Sheep-neuter bands do not work on men!

When my childhood family got another dog, Ginger, they neutered our older dog Bear, and that poor guy grew depressed and died, a slow old dog death.

If the uncle-humor of elder comedians is true, once I turn 40 in a few years, I won't even need PMO anymore, anyway.
