HOPELESS

    hi anyone there. I'm new to the nofap website. I've basically tried everything else. I'm a 34 year old man who has been addicted to porn and masturbating since I was 16. It's crazy because it's until recently I realized it was ruining my life. I'm an entrepreneur and highly driven but still I find that I am behind..No steady girlfriends, no real relationships. I really feel alone and lonely. Sexual performance is down. Like I can keep it up and even when I do it's no good. I NEED HELP!!!!!

    Mate reading your post reminds me of how i feel from time to time becasue of this madness . I've been on this site a few weeks and though I have relasped a few times since joining im doing a lot greater than before and im benifiting from the site . I hope you do to my friend

    I guess my advice is for you to take some time and think this over. Come up with a plan and execute. Don’t half-ass this, this is important.
    In addition to this, you have got to fix your life. I know that I’m much younger than you but you need to improve your life. Try to form a relationship with someone and you need to find meaning in your life. I know it’s easier said than done.
