What's your highest record without pmo?

For me it's 250 days . And I relapsed coz I underestimated the power of addiction

 

Damn, not bad at all. Mine is a big 21 days, pretty sad i know, but i intend to go much farther before i'm through.

 

Oh damn. Must be a tough one to relapse after so long. Good you're back on track though.

My highest streak is my current streak. The one before that was 35 days.

Thanks. I have to admit that i occasionally am terribly afraid of relapsing Or rather the consequences what would come of it. It's a great help though.

 

You have no I idea how I felt after relapsing such a long period I thought I have a new life and carrer. Due to high stress i was emotionally down and suddenly one day I felt that all my fight against pmo is gone

 

You can do better than that .you have no idea what have I gone through to get life without pmo for 250+ days
