Day 3 & 4/21: Had a bad sprain on my ankle and stuck at home. But no PMO or anything so that's good. Deleting Insta was a great move else being in bed all day with nothing to do would definitely have triggered something or the other.

 

Day 1/21: feeling motivated again. Haven't been able to go through 5 days without pmo in the last 2 months, but i think this time, i'm gonna make it. Good luck to all.

A little bit earlier than before, but i just want to share the feelings that i have just win over the urges. I met some beautiful girls , and for the first time in a long time that i had so much sexual thoughts. I knew it was wrong and surprising! Because i rarely had them before. Maybe because the abstaining from porn made me like that, i dont know. Almost one third the journey
