    I just realised now that I haven't used pornography since 5th September last year.... so that's 1 year + 10 days!

    An entire year without pornography.

    It would be difficult to pinpoint exactly which benefits came from what, as I've been doing a lot of yoga, chanting, prayer.

    I definitely do think that my attitude to people-I'm-attracted-to has significantly improved since stopping pornography.
