A day or few ago I had terrible urges, but managed to convince myself it is not worth it.

So I chose not to break my streak and not to peek!

180 I finally made it this challenge is now over and complete. I've realized how much time I've wasted masturbating and looking at porn. The images in the things that it does to your brain the way it changes your values your morals not for the better. The way that you look and perceive other people before porn and after is dramatic. The really does control your brain but remember you are your mind and your spirit and it controls your brain not the other way around God bless each and everyone of you. Tomorrow is 180 for me, a huge change has occurred, anger, frustration, gone. A spirited life is in place now, bless all.
